What is Plant Meditation?
Plant Meditation is a guided mindfulness experience that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with yourself and with the natural world around you. Led by Emma, our licensed naturopathic doctor, this session weaves together the calming science of nature-based healing with intentional breathwork and meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment.
