Their presence alone has been shown to lower cortisol levels, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of calm. In this session, your plant becomes more than a decoration — it becomes a partner in your practice.

What is Plant Meditation? 

Plant Meditation is a guided mindfulness experience that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with yourself and with the natural world around you. Led by Emma, our licensed naturopathic doctor, this session weaves together the calming science of nature-based healing with intentional breathwork and meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment.

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this experience meets you exactly where you are.
